Directions

Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., shoulder, back or hip. For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchMD patches for 8 hours. There is no additional benefit wearing the patch longer than 8 hours. Patches can be worn during sleep. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area as it will inhibit absorption. Patch is not waterproof. It is ok to wear multiple patches at a time.

After having years of abnormally low D3 levels and having to take megadoses with little if any results, I'm anxiously awaiting my next blood test result. I will update my review at that time. Also, not being a fan of pill taking, the patches are so much more effective for me. I would give this product 5 stars, but im finding that it could use a bit more sticking power...several have fallen off during the day.

Being a baratric patient, I've had to supplement with vitamins a lot. My multivitamin alone was "6" pills a day...yes, just the multivitamin. My doctor has compared the ingredients in the multivitamin, B12 and D3 and has given me 100% support to use the patches and now I can stop taking so many pills. These patches are wonderful!
