Directions

Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., shoulder, back or hip. For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchMD patches for 8 hours. There is no additional benefit wearing the patch longer than 8 hours. Patches can be worn during sleep. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area as it will inhibit absorption. Works labs proved it!

Worked and labs proved it! Was curious if these work. Had several vitamins that my labs showed were low, started taking the omega, vitamin D, calcium, and multi vitamin patches. I place them on the bottom of my foot at night or ankle (don’t want to ruin the spray tan lol) and my labs done 3 months later had all improved to normal levels.

Can feel the difference

Bought these for my daughter who refuses to take fish oil by mouth. She reports that she can feel the difference with less brain fog and more energy since using these patches. She puts it on every morning before school and takes it off when she gets home. Will continue to buy.
