Easy to use

I am anemic and have been for years. My doctor recommended iron pills which cause me problems. My sister suggested that I use the patches. They work great with no side effects. I won't know the actual effects until I go to the doctor next month. I am not as cold as I used to feel and my hair has stopped falling out.

Definitely a Patch

These arrived on time . Very thin patch that is hard to peel off. Not able to tell any effects of the Vitamins they say are on the Patch. Inexpensive for sure. I havent felt any different since starting these couple weeks ago.

No more missed supplements

I'm so glad I found these!!! The convenience of just sticking a patch on my shoulder and never missing a dosage means I don't worry about having to eat before taking huge pill or missing it all together.
