Directions

Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., shoulder, back or hip. For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchMD patches for 8 hours. I love taking collagen without the need of pouring heaps of synthetic powder into my coffee in the morning. I just put the patch on my inner wrist and can forget about it.
